Roe v. Wade - The Attorney General Speaketh

Sign of Things to Come

"Although Roberts called the Roe decision "settled law" during hearings on his nomination as an appellate court judge in 2003, Gonzales said in an interview with the Associated Press that a Supreme Court justice 'is not obliged to follow precedent if you believe it's wrong'."

Comments:
I believe that the appointment of Roberts is to over turn Roe v. Wade and Affirmative Action. He is the perfect candidate... there is not much in his history that will make Democrats uncomfortable. Score one for the Republicans. :(

oh barf. i'm getting ill just hearing about this. please GOD make it stop!!!
